Nicolas Gilsoul (born 5 February 1982) is Thierry Neuville's co-driver from Belgium, having been in the role since the 2012 season.

Neuville and Gilsoul got their first-ever victories at the 2014 Rally Deutschland after both the Volkswagen Polos crashed out. It is revealed that Gilsoul has a near-perfect finishing record, thanks to his good pace reading. In 2012, Gilsoul started his first full factory season with 23-year-old Neuville and finished all but one of the events, the Monte Carlo Rally saw their only exit of the year thanks to a lost wheel, the rest of the season was fairly perfect. In 2013, they moved to Qatar World Rally Team and were runners-up, suffering the same fate as last year at Monaco. Still, their hopes were undeterred and seven podium finishes guaranteed Neuville and Gilsoul runner up in the championship.

In 2014, the duo went to Hyundai and then the unthinkable happened, in Germany after the Polos of Ogier and Latvala crashed out, Neuville became the first Belgian to win since François Duval in 2005, and Gilsoul became the third winning co-driver from his country. At season's end, sixth place went to Neuville and Gilsoul in the drivers' and co-drivers' championships respectively. Now they have returned for 2015, and hope for a second win.
