Markko Märtin (born November 10, 1975 in Tartu) is a rally driver from Estonia, who competed in the World Rally Championship from 2000 until 2005.

Märtin made his first start in Finland in 1997 and after moving into World Championship status in 2000 got his first win in 2003 at Acropolis. He retired from the World Rally Championship in 2005 following the death of his co-driver Michael Park who had been co-driving Märtin since 2000.
