Evgeny Novikov (born 19 September 1990 in Moscow) is a Russian rally driver currently competing for the M-Sport Ford World Rally Team in the World Rally Championship.
He was only 17 when he made his debut in the WRC on 30 November 2007. In 2013, Novikov elected to skip the 2014 Season. It is unknown if he will return for the 2015 Season.
He finished second twice in the 2012 season, first at the Vodafone Rally de Portugal after Mikko Hirvonen was disqualified, and next at the Rallye Sardegna.
